Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming, even permitting us to freshen up in an alternative room despite our early check-in. The housekeeping team deserves commendation for maintaining a clean environment throughout the property. Free Wi-Fi was accessible, and the air-conditioned rooms provided comfort after a long journey. The value delivered fell short of expectations. Water provision was inadequate, and we encountered high charges for airport transfers. The quoted fare of Rs 700, significantly above the Ola option at Rs 311, raised concerns about pricing policies. In summary, while Zaith Residency offers essential amenities and a commendable location, travelers should weigh the luxury aspects against the value received, particularly regarding service reliability. This stay emphasizes the importance of scrutinizing terms to ensure a balanced experience.
